ONLINE INSTALMENT WITH 0% INTEREST program apply for VISA/MASTER CARDHOLDER (noneligible for Supplementary Cards, Debit card, Business credit card and credit card issued on aboard), who will BUY TICKETS VIA INSTALMENT PLANT at VIETNAM AIRLINES through NGANLUONG payment gateway.

- Tenor: 3,6,9,12 months.

- Instalment limit depend on credit card limit.

- Transaction amount is from 3.000.000 VND.

- Cardholder is refunded as Vietnam Airlines policy, however conversion fee is non-refundable in any case.

- Your credit card has expiry date at least as long as tenor you have chosen

- Credit card limit is higher than the total transaction amount.

- Card has already been registered online payment functionality with Issuing Bank ( If cardholder has not registered yet, please contact issuing banks for guideline).

- Please do not make transaction near statement day. For only 6 banks including VCB, SHB, MB, OCB, Standard Chartered and Home Credit, which DO NOT support to convert transaction to instalment in these day near statement day, Nganluong will lock these banks and/or their card types. Please make instalment payment via others in this time.

- Cardholder must fill exactly card number, expire date and CVV.

Cardholder must obey Vietnam Airlines' ticket change and refund policy. For which ticket is eligible for a refund, Vietnam Airlines will cancel the ticket and refund to you.

- You receive the full amount of ticket, but you are not entitled to cancel any installment transaction (TERMINATE INSTALMENT PLAN) once it is successfully converted and conversion fee is non - refundable. That mean, you still pay the fixed monthly installment amount as your selected tenor at the beginning. The fixed monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction and shall form part of the minimum payment due on each statement of account.

- The amount refunded will be shown as CREDIT (CR) of credit card. You are able to use this CREDIT for purchase and withdrawal. If you do not make any other purchases, that CREDIT BALANCE will be deducted to fixed monthly installment amount. Nganluong is in charge for making refund as Vietnam Airlines request. When Ngan Luong to approve the refund request, you will receive notification email of Ngan Luong of refund order approval. Usually, after 7-15 working days from the day receiving notifying refund order approval successfully, you will receive the money. You can check your credit card limit upon next statement period or maximum 45 days (statement depends on card types and bank).
